Peace of Mind For Your Pets
The Pets Without Me provides pet owners with peace of mind that if something happens to them, their pets will be cared for and loved. In the event of an owner’s incapacitation or passing, Auburn Valley Humane Society (AVHS) will facilitate the care of the pet and help place them in a new home. Animals enrolled in the program will enter AVHS care through a Will or trust, power of attorney or first responders.

Enroll Today Using the Application Below - No Payment Required
There is no payment required to enroll in the Pets Without Me program, however, we do ask that you consider leaving AVHS, a gift in your Will to provide funding for the care of your pets and others like them.
If you are interested in joining, please complete an enrollment request. Once that initial request is received, our AVHS Team will reach out to you with documentation to be completed for each of your pets. This pet-specific documentation will aid us in our efforts to find the best possible home for your pet if/when they enter our care. Once these documents are received, your enrollment packet will be mailed to you.
Your enrollment packet will include a magnet, sticker, and wallet card.
For more information, or if you do not receive an enrollment packet from AVHS within two weeks of completing your application, please contact Katrina Megrath [email protected] or 253-249-7849.
