Clayton’s Fund for DOGS
Do you own a pitbull, pitbull-mix, or large breed dog (over 40 lbs.) and need spay and neuter services?
Clayton’s Fund is here to help families who need financial assistance to receive free services. A very generous donor is providing the funding for those who need help getting a spay or neuter and other services at their surgery appointment at Northwest Spay and Neuter Center, 6401 Pacific Ave., Tacoma, WA 98408.
Please complete the following form, and the staff will call to make the appointment for your dog, which meets Clayton’s Fund criteria. Submitting the form is not guaranteed funding.
Clayton’s funds are applied to the remaining balance for that appointment. On the day of surgery, spay, or neuter, other services may include nail trim, microchip, e-collar, rabies, vaccinations, and flea treatment.
