AVHS adopted over 131 cats and kittens during July alone. We still have over 118 cats, kittens, and dogs in our shelter and foster care. The kittens and cats need many supplies to thrive. We appreciate your generosity!

Kitten season is still upon us! We appreciate your continued support!

• In the Northwest, the kitten season is between April and October but can continue throughout the year.

• We will have 2-3 kittens arriving at the shelter every other day. There are 130 kittens & cats in foster care and at the shelter.

• Auburn Valley Humane Society provides shelter, food, medical care, fostering, and love to neonates, young kittens, and nursing mommas so that they can thrive.

• Your gifts for our virtual Kitten Shower ensured our fosters have supplies to nurture them to grow healthy and socialize them for new adoptive homes.
