GivING Tuesday 2023
On November 28, Auburn Valley Humane Society and NW Spay and Neuter Center will participate in Giving Tuesday - an online giving event to raise funds for nonprofit organizations across the world.
For ten years, AVHS has been working tirelessly to provide food, shelter, medical and dental care for every animal that comes through our doors. NWSNC has provided over 150,000 spay and neuter surgeries to pets in Western Washington.
YOUR support is KEY to helping us to continue to improve the lives of thousands of homeless animals each year. This year more than ever, we need you to be generous and participate in Giving Tuesday.
How you can help:
1. Please make a donation to support AVHS on or before November 28, 2023. Mark your calendar and bookmark this giving link to AVHS.
2. Help us spread the word! Share our posts on Facebook Auburn Valley Humane Society or posts on NW Spay & Neuter Center.

2023 GOAL: $20,000
Our goal is to raise $20, 000 which will feed, spay, or neuter, vaccinate and microchip 30 animals. At AVHS, we provide our animals with a physical exam, vaccinations, spay/neuter services, microchips, and in some cases, extensive medical and dental care prior to adoption to a loving family.
Your Giving Tuesday donation will be doubled! One anonymous donor is matching gifts up to $5,000! When you give, you change lives! Imagine the relief felt by a senior who has had her dog spayed at NW Spay & Neuter Center. It was affordable, high-quality medical care and helped to prevent pet overpopulation.
Or the smile of someone adopting their first kitten from Auburn Valley Humane Society and being able to enjoy the comfort, joy, and love in their life. Not only the human benefitted but so did the kitten!

We have numerous kittens and puppies that will need to be spayed/neutered. We will be able to stop pet overpopulation by providing additional support to our rescue partners. We will have senior pets that will need dental and medical care before going to their forever homes. Your support enables us to continue our mission of enriching the lives of companion animals and people through animal sheltering, programs, and community engagement.
