Daisy’s Story

It all started when…

Hi, I’m Daisy, previously known as Mya, and I came to AVHS as a transfer from another facility, where I was a stray. I came to AVHS to find my second chance. I am a 1-year-old mixed breed. Mya’s name was changed to Daisy. Daisy is settling in very nicely to her new home and name. We are becoming great companions! I work with her everyday on training her and teaching her to be a good pup. We are going to start obedience and manners training soon with a trainer. Daisy loves her soft chew toys and going to the dog park where she plays well with the other dogs. She also gets along with other adults and children. Daisy is very curious and intuitive with a ton of energy we burn off with walks and park days. Daisy finishes off the day by snuggling in bed with me. The staff at Auburn Valley was great and made the process of adoption easy.
