Please complete each question to the best of your ability
In order to be eligible for the Pets Without Me Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be a resident of Auburn, WA or live within 25 miles of AVHS
In Auburn Valley Humane Society’s ongoing effort to find the best possible homes for its animals, we ask that you take the time to fill out the appropriate pet specific questionnaires before the process can be completed.
